Common questions

How do I request a feature or report a bug?

Email support@fawna.app or use Profile → Send feedback in the app. We read everything.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fawna. You can cancel there anytime.

How do I restore a purchase?

In the app, open Profile and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and any synced data.

Is my health and cycle data private?

Yes. Your reproductive and health data stay on your device by default and are never sold. Any cloud sync is explicit and opt-in, and meal photos never leave your phone. See our privacy policy for details.

When is Fawna coming to Android?

Fawna launches on iOS first, with Android coming soon. Join the early-access list on the home page and we’ll let you know.
