These terms govern your use of the Fawna app and this website (fawna.app). By using them, you agree to these terms.

What Fawna is — and isn’t

Fawna offers general, evidence-informed nutrition information that adapts to your life stage. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Do not use Fawna to diagnose or treat any condition. If you’re pregnant, managing a health condition, or have specific dietary needs, consult your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and don’t use someone else’s account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Fawna lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or misuse it in ways that harm others or us.

Subscriptions

Any paid features are billed through the app store you purchased from, under that store’s terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account.

Intellectual property

Fawna, its content, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. Don’t copy or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

Fawna is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
